Now 30 years old the baby used on the cover of Nirvana's classic senimal album Nevermind is suing the band for sexual exploitation because his penis is clearly in view.
Do you think he has a case or is he simply trying to cash in? Your thoughts please. |

Seeing as he’s recreated the photoshoot many times as he’s grown up, I’d say it’s a cash grab. The fact he’s trying to link it to child porn when nothing sexual is happening smacks of desperation. |

Just wait till al the kids sue their parents for posting pics of them on Facebook without permission. I never did but my girls have friends whose whole life has and is still being documented by their parents on fb. |

He says it's ruined his life because people recognise him as the baby. Bollocks. The only reason they recognise you as the baby is because you go to the press and tell everyone you're the baby.
Cashing in big time. |

Cash grab
And he has no case open and shut
As there tons off interviews with him stateing he was happy that he was on it and it has opened doors for him and gave him job opportunity’s that probably wouldn’t have been able to him in the past
He even was in a tv documentary in 2015 |

"He's just trying to grab some cash, it hasn't been an issue to him before now.
That's a perfect description of the cover."
I was going to say is life imitating art. |
