I had an interesting conversation with a fellow forumite last night, who travelled far and wide to a meet...
I travelled 1.5 hrs for my 1st couples meet, it was well worth it too!
How far would you/are you be willing to travel???? |

"
How far would you/are you be willing to travel????"
About two hours each way, as there is Manchester/Leeds to the south and Glasgow/Edinburgh to the north......and *nothing* in between. |

"We used to regularly do a three hour trip to meet another couple. Absolutely worth it every time x"
What a pity you don't want single guys and I am too old... I can offer you part of your interests... |

We live about an hour North of the M4, well, if Jayne's driving, more like 40 mins for me lol!
As most Welsh swingers seem to be along the M4 corridor, thats how far we go, although our first ever meet was in Birmingham.
There do seem to be a few more Welsh swingers popping out of the valleys these days tho, so our travel time to them is less! |

I make the most of work trips - so in those cases distance is irrelevant!
Just for a meet? I've travelled 2-2 1/2 hrs before, if I've met before - would probably travel longer for certain people. |

On a week end for the right people distance is not a problem. Makes the week end, whole meet all the more rewarding in some circumstances. Mid-week 2 hours each way not a problem either. |

I once travelled four hours from Beds to Devon for an overnight meet - and yes, it was well worth the drive. |
