Do you own crypto?

Doing a quick thought experiment/random fun survey. Since crypto has seemingly become so mainstream/you can’t help but see it everywhere (perhaps London centric), I wonder, how many of us are invested in cryptocurrencies?

Interested to hear below.

Nope...might be a London thing. My local pub doesn't accept it and I can't fill the car with it. Still think it's a very long way off being mainstream.

Interesting to hear from the wider population on this as seems that there have been peaks in crypto popularity in the past but wondering if what we are seeing today is another one of those or indeed a transition to more mainstream use

Have dabbled but only with the purpose of selling for a profit and not for real world use.

I bought some but then discarded it as I went into my Harley dealership and wanted to buy a CVO. They laughed at me but I said that RedkingXXX said it was the new currency so anyway now I have no crypto or HARLEY CVO because apparently it’s just imaginary money. They said come back with Monopoly money I’ll have more luck

Currently hold around $500 in various crypto. I initially invested $600 and have taken profit of $350 (yes I do have a spreadsheet ).

My BTC is in the red currently but ETH and ADA are both in the green. I also hold around $50 in a couple of other crypto,

If I cash out all of my crypto I’d be in profit or if it crashed I’d lose around $250, so not a big issue.

I can’t see it suddenly disappearing overnight and crypto losing all of its money straight away. But It’s highly volatile, just this week it went (BTC) from $50k to $46 within 24 hours, so my intention is just keep adding a bit and taking profit every now and then.
