Random compliment....

So this morning I was shopping with Ash and holding hands.
A young man around 18 to 21 came over to us and said to me "just wanted to say that dress is lovely" I said thank you and he walked away.
It took me by surprise but really made my day.
What's made you smile today?  |

It was a compliment from a friend, thanking me and also telling me to mean great dad and my daughter will always grow up
Loved and safe with me around xx
Made me well up xx  |

It makes my day ever time I get a smile for no reason from a stranger when out and about but it made my day today to get random unexpected lunchtime message and cheeky photo from someone I've been chatting to on here of an evening |

I had a random lady tell me how lovely I looked this morning, could have been because I was dancing my way through the shop though, who knows!
She said I caught her eye as I came in and she just had to let me know how lovely I looked.
It made me smile!

The girl on the checkout till in m&s said I smell really nice and asked me what aftershave I was wearing.I told her and said thank you and we had a 2 min chat while she was scanning my shopping.
That was Monday.
This morning she sent me a friends request on Facebook. |

My offsprings never fail to make me smile. Annoy too. But that's a story for different day.
My friend and I dressing similarly without consulting..  both cute dresses, denim jackets, messy buns and sporty shoes.. 
And lots of supportive and kind messages from people who care about me mwah x |

This happened to a guy I chat to on kik recently. I said it's a total come on, but he thought she was just being nice, lol. It's a line us women use. Hope it leads to lots of fun for you two. Mrs x  |

Saw a lovely old friend tonight who has been in high dependency ward in hospital for several weeks! She nearly died so was emotional to catch up after a long time! |

I stopped to cross the road as a car was coming around the corner.
As it passed I looked in and an attractive lady was looking back. We made eye contact and she smiled as she drove past.
Made me break out into a big smile as I crossed the road |

Whilst I was working yesterday, a severely disabled lady came into our department for an appointment. The waiting room was not overly busy so we were able to spend a bit more time with this particular lady, chatting was quite difficult for her.
A gentleman patient came out of the consultation room, and as he passed this particular lady. He stopped, Searched around in the shorts pocket he was wearing and gave her a single fuschia flower. No words were needed. With incredibly shaky hands she accepted the flower. As he walked away, the lady who was accompning him remarked that he always carries around flowers in his pocket for special people. What a lovely compliment for her.
The lady was overwhelmed and said it was the nicest things that has ever happened to her. Such a small gesture but had a such a profound effect.

My son went for his first job interview and starts on Saturday. It’s only a small job but for an autistic young man who is socially anxious it’s such a big thing. X |

Thank you and so do I as she's really pretty. I thought the same as your friend as I don't have a flirt radar~(Oh She's just being nice).
We've been messaging each other most of the night now and we get on well. She's 12yrs younger than me but has the same sense of humour and seem to have a lot in common. She's alreasy told me she likes me and has tried to chat before in there but she's busy at the time so couldn't oh and was too scared? lol.
I guess the next steps are up to us now |
