...make sex better?
Just curious, anyone have specific exercises they do cause they know it translates to some being good in the bedroom?
I've always done trap bar deadlifts and kettle bell squats as despite being shorter and not as bulky as I'd like, I find that ever since I've done them my endurance shot up, and I got a lot of good feedback from girls on the drive in my hips.
