I think in years to come a lot of people are going to have major problems with their hands due to the length of their fake nails.

Watching them trying to touch screens, press buttons etc contorting their wrists & fingers.

Into mind boggling positions.

Just a observation but I know it will happen.

I've seen a girl using her knuckles on a shopping till due to extremely long nails. In fairness she seemed to get the hang of it. Not sure what would be the effects long term?

I wonder if we will evolve to have slightly off hands, kids nowadays are gaming so young their hands are flexing more and more

Arthritic finger joints? I have them and I've never had false nails

Huge thumbs

Although, one of my grandsons uses a keyboard or mouse to play his PC games. He has one game where you need to press keys as arrows hit a mark and it's extremely fast at times. He's definitely getting the arthritic hands.

Auto immune condition here that causes widespread arthritis throughout my body.. I’m 31!

Already have extensive damage to some joints and my fingers and wrists haven’t been spared.

I have my nails done because it makes me feel a little nicer x

Not the same but possibly in the same vein...

“smartphone pinky”. People claiming to have the condition report a change in position of their pinky finger, or having developed a dent in their little finger, on the middle bone.

London/Essex... ish... Romford to be exact

I remember when I first started to play Candy Crush one year. It was during Christmas and I was off work for a couple of weeks. I probably played it for at least five cumulative hours a day, probably more. At the end of those two weeks I noticed a pain in my forearm and elbow. It lasted for weeks. I think it was probably a trapped nerve caused by playing on my phone so much.

I used to date a woman who could maintain motorcycles while wearing fake nails.

Damn, I thought this thread was going to be about the ridiculous American baking show called Nailed It! The show tickles me.
