"Otherwise known as a tiny piece of comfort…
What do you do to find that when it feels like everything is going crazy? "
I clean my flat then hit the gym
Control what I can. Get a crazy sweat on and head home to a perfectly tidy flat, lay on my bed with fresh sheets and watch animal videos on insta |

A Walk in the peaks or forests, I love climbing and scrambling up
Mountains or Munro’s
That feeling of being on top of the world is exciting and uplifting. Sharing it with someone amazing is even better. I climb with my little girl usually on my back but she gets out abd climbs certain sections as she’s fearless. That in itself lifts my mood to. |

I bought a house that is literally on the beqch. Went through Hell to get it, but its my little slice of utopia and my solace. Even on the worst days, i can smile at the peace and the view and lose myself in it x |
