I've started to take cold showers & baths to get my body used to being in cold water as I want to try cold water swimming in lakes,rivers & the sea.

Do find it very exhilarating & a big turn on sexualy as well.

Yes try to have two a day. Took about three weeks turning shower colder and colder. But definitely feeling the benefits.
