Doesn’t bother me. As I don’t eat rat meat either I’m reluctant to eat any form of pigeon.

Heart is Deliscious. Lamb heart stuffed with sage and onion stuffing cooked in gravy..... Yum.

I tried horse in Italy. It was greasy but ok.

Couldn’t bring myself though to eat the donkey carpaccio in Sicily.
