So folks….
What grabs your attention?
The risqué profile pic? The status? The bio?
What is it that tells you about someone? Do you read their bio over? Do you take in their pics and decide what type they are from there?
Is it a word or a photo that puts a cheeky inquisitive smile on your face? |

An interesting forum post that shows the person has a few active brain cells. And then I have a nosy at their bio and sometimes I think, hell yes.
The thing that tells me most about someone is actually meeting with them/having a proper call with them. A profile is carefully curated (or tries to be) to show the person in their best light. |

"It's often the combination, a bio and/or message that expresses we may be similar minded, there picture that catches the eye.
"
What jumps out? Key words?
Type of pics used? |

Do you dwell over their profile for some time… picking out the parts to focus on? |

It's a combination of things.

Definitely the words for me, whether on Forum or profile. Of course the pictures form part of the interest too but they're easier to curate than the words, imo, and physical attraction really only begins for me when we meet in person. |

"All of it for me "
Ok
So what type grab your attention then? Is it a specific word? Is it a certain style they portray? Is it how they show themselves through their photos in a particular type? |

I tend to be drawn by tone, by that I mean choice of language, and content first. Only then will I look further. If there is a hint of arrogance, demands (not to be confused with expressing preferences), cockiness, these things will all put me off. |

"It’s the words and how they conduct themselves. A view of the profile can be enough to switch off any thought of chatting let alone meeting. "
The good & bad is wanted here… so what is it about a profile that switches you off? |

The profile says a lot and is a reflection of their personality most of the time. This is the first thing that attracts my attention, then I would look at the pictures etc. Also, the first message speaks volumes on how future conversations will go |

What makes a good conversation for you? What he can offer? What he has done? What he wants to do? Are these good? |

"Mainly the way their message is composed and the language used! Literally the lack of dick pic attached to said message makes me happy haha.."
Well I am
Glad that I tick at least the ‘no dick pic’ attached to profile/message rule |

It has to be consistency. Age first to see if I will even read their profile. If they fall outside my age filters I don't look at pics or read the bio. Then location to see if it's worthwhile chatting followed by a combination of attractive pics, an enticing bio and their overall attitude in forum posts.
Any inconsistencies in the above and it's a red flag to be avoided.
A bio that says they are discreet and reserved attached to a gallery of gynaecological pics with lots of others in them is a big no.

We look at pics first to see what they show - all cock pics or group shots or guys hanging out of women, then we wouldn’t be interested.
A decent bio is important too and that’s when you can get a good assessment of compatibility.
Basic bio - we probably aren’t going to respond to.

I look for bio, the length (of the profile!!) and whether it makes sense to me. Too short is not good, epic length is ok if filled with good = interesting content.
Does the user sound authentic or just repeating what he thinks women want to hear?
Rants in status updates are an instant turn off.
Pictures: A cock shot (no more than one if you must but not essential) but I do not want to meet a cock so a body or part body shot would be great. |

I notice how they are within the forum's.
Do they have a fun and friendly nature and are they able to play well with others.
Then I'll look through their profile and I'll know if we can connect on a another level. |

No, I can't say I do. I do a veri trail because sheer nosiness is something I'm afflicted with but I'm not particularly interested in photos (bar lingerie that I'd like to own). I like profiles that aren't too try hard (to be funny or whatever) but it's subjective. |

Bio for sure ! Some couples are so serious that at least we know we are not their cup of tea and not to message them. Couples having fun without showing every always get our interest to know more about them too. |

In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon |
Honestly, it completely depends on how I'm feeling at the time.
Could be a comment or several in the forum, could be their profile. Often it'll be a really good picture or pictures.
Sometimes it's a message. And sometimes it's actually a really bad message.
I'd say more often than not it's a comment on a forum thread that makes me sit up and notice. |
