It certainly is, the only plus note to it, is I can work nights and get a premium shift rate for it haha
I can’t complain too much anymore though, in my teens I would sleep once a week, and that was only becuase I would end up just passing out from sleep deprivation, these days I average around 4 hours a night (well early morning lol) so I normally sleep around 6:30 and then get up around 10ish x |

I've been waking progressively earlier for about the last 10 years. I'm the world champion of falling asleep, but staying asleep is another thing. Can never get more than about 6 hours unfortunately. |

Can't sleep! Been a bad sleeper since i was a child. Also too much on my mind, As my best friend has terminal cancer. Was given a year diagnosis last October! So anxious with every passing month i can't stop thinking about it. |

Body clock always gets me up, normally up around 5 for work but usually awake before anyhow so on here having a look round with morning wood  |

I was talking to a Domme until 2am and she told me I’m not allowed to go to sleep until 6am and I have to send her a message every 10 minutes so that she will be able to see when she wakes up that I haven’t gone to sleep before 6 so that’s why I’m still awake. |

Just had a dream last hat a big crow was on the bed and got under the covers. Also that one of the judges from master chef was my new landlord and was telling me to tidy a room full of junk that id never seen before ….
