Anyone else got random people they don't know in their phones? When I go on nights out or to houseparties I talk to lots of people and end up with loads of new numbers in my phone by the end. I've also got loads of people from here/dating apps.
I've just spotted someone really hot in my WhatsApp contacts but I have no idea who he is or how we met. Would it be really creepy if I messaged him something like "hey, just seen this number in my contacts, mind if I ask how we know each other?"...
Sometimes horny Amber doesn't have boundaries lol |

Yes and no have two phones
My hookup phone is but no personal phone isn’t
Definitely the smart move when out and it’s it’s a one night stand and they want to check I not give them a dud number can show I got they number on the hook up phone
What they don’t know it spends 90% off it’s time turned off |

This is a good idea
Next time I upgrade I'll keep this phone as my second one. |

"I get random messages all the time from times gone by when I used to give my number out too easily. Why people hold onto my number once chatting clearly stops I’ve no idea. "
I don't know, it's just not something I think of to give my phone a regular clear out... Also I'm a bit of a hoarder. What if I need all those numbers one day?! |

In these situations I normally give a wrong digit number, learnt from the past.
I cull numbers where chatting has stopped, if I get a random message it’s just a phone number and someone who I obviously don’t talk to, so I just delete. |

Definitely not, and I'd never give my number out freely for all sorts of good reasons. People can find other information out from your mobile and apps like WA if your settings aren't tight. Anyone calls me and doesn't know who I am won't be on the line for long ! |

You could send a generic “Hey folks, new phone hasn’t synced names to numbers” type message to spark general conversation.
I’d probably just delete it though as there’s likely a reason you’ve not spoke to them for long enough to forget who they are |

So I sent a generic "hey, just sorting through my WhatsApp contacts, mind if I ask how we know each other?" and he's left me on read. Can't blame him as I do the same thing whenever this happens to me lol.
Ah well, nothing ventured nothing gained! |
