Not really, because with a little prep, you can make amazing meals that are a fraction of the calories of a 'normal' meal, plus so much sweet stuff is available with zero sugar.
If anything, the possibilities for food becomes larger when you're dieting. You just need to know where to start. |

I had to accept it was going to be a lifestyle change not just about dieting. I still have days where I struggle and absolutely crave fat and sugar eg donuts (like today) but it's becoming less often as the journey continues. Planning meals in advance and batch cooking help me x |

Absolutely, you hit the nail on the head. It's a lifestyle.
It's amazing how our bodies can change.
I think many people fail in trying to achieve losing weight when they expect overnight results. Give yourself at least 3 months and stay consistent with your meals and working out. |

i lost weight and most of it cos of stopping bad food exercise helped but doing exercise but eating bad food didnt help to lose much weight but when I eat healthy and dont exercise the weight still drops off
best is to do both but the food you eat is the most important i think but as others said whole lifestyle change required |
