On previous threads about funny place names, I have mentioned a small town in Donegal called Muff. (Yes, it has a diving club).

But I have just realised that there is a local booze producer called The Muff Liquor Company.

They produce Muff whiskey, Muff vodka and Muff gin. So presumably you could have a Muff cocktail, Muff martini etc.

Any other ideas for drinks?

I have mentioned this before. We sold wine to them once and the sales rep would call in "yes lad! I'm here in Mary Deeneys muff"

Mary deeneys was the name of the restaurant

There’s another small town on east coast of Ireland called Fannystown. And I can confirm it’s full of fannys

True. I’m from Dublin, so not far away, but had never hear of that place and had to check it was real.

Ringaskiddy, in cork, has a certain ring to it too
