Just wondering, everyone I know is saying they feel glum today?

Is it that end of summer/begining of autumn feeling?

Have a cuppa if you are, or aren't, tea or coffee is always advised.

I have bipolar disorder. (Dont be scared we are not dangerous). So I get long episodes of depression but a friend recommended Assam tea to drink and found it does work. Still need the meds though. But over a year since my last episode.

Insomnia is killing me this week lucky if I managed just over an hours sleep last night and a few at best the others, so tired and drained

Been feeling pretty crappy for the last week and a bit. But today is a little better despite the sleepless night last night.

Not the same but I keep having lucid dreams about work and it's driving me mad, 7 hours sleep broken into 60 mins is worse than 5 solid hours

I’m fed up of my own company. Sleep pattern is seriously up the wall.

Had a hemiplegic migraine few months back, all my left side went numb, thought I was having a stroke. Turns out it was the migraine and stress. Still get some numbness in left side and strange sensations in neck. Always bothers me at night.

I was honestly terrified. I’ve had the flashy lights from migraines before but not the headache, so when they said this I thought eh? Literally face went numb and slowly travelled down my neck and shoulder, all down body then legs. Brain scan at hospital and they have me blood thinners too for a while in case it was mini stroke.

That’d be good thanks lovely xxx

How often do you drink the Assam tea, cups per day etc ?

Very intrigued by this

Norfolk

I've a neurological condition called Cluster Headache. I'm now coming to the end of a four month cycle. It's been a dark difficult time but, I'm still here.

I've a few other issues I live with too.

Threads like this are heartwarming, to know that people still care about others.

Thankyou.

Stay strong
