I don t avidly collect anything, but as I come across people on a regular basis who are relocating, and very often downsizing, if they have a collection of anything that they want rid of, providing I think that there is ultimately a profit in it, I'll take it off their hands. Currently handling, wooden shafted golf clubs, Royal Doulton figures, David Winter Cottages, an Elvis Memorabilia collection, a coin collection, a stamp collection, some limied edition plates, one or two Franklin Mint items, and a 1920s wind up gramaphone with a 78 of Cliff Richard and the Drifters, yes The Drifters, as that's what they were before becoming The Shadows which sounds like it was recorded in chip shop with the deep fat fryer keeping tempo, to name but a few items. Who knows what the next person I sell a house to may have to tempt me with? |
