When was the last time you out on a pair of shoes or boots to mean business?
Was it a pair of winkle pickers to hang out with the Teds, Dr Martens to do the Skinhead Moonstomp, or even some natty pumps to join the cool Mods at Brighton?

My favourite were a pair of unworn, steel toe capped suede safety boots my dad had chucked unwanted in the cupboard.
Complemented my then Dylan, Rubber Soul look. Guys used to say wow, where did you get them? I never said dad got them from Millets! |

"Last week when we attended a funeral. I wore a pair of court shoes and Mr wore leather lace ups. We've spent the summer in sandals or trainers"
I absolutely adore court shoes - especially those with a fine point heel, delicate straps around the ankles, closed toe, open instep… they accentuate the natural curve of the foot and owlet leg and can be quite provocative and stunningly beautiful |

So I understand. I had to find my least decorative pair for obvious reasons. That meant rejecting the pair with gold embroidery, the ones with gold toe caps, the leopard print ones and the six inch heels. |

I have an obsession with shoes and it's one of the first things I look at.
I have a large collection of irregular choice shoes but my new favourites are my Fly London red patent boots |

(Insert well known Paris Hilton phrase here) "

But still probably approved by Paris |

I can't actually remember I tend to live in trainer's, mainly Converse.
Did wear a nice pair of wedges over the summer when I went out and borrowed my sister's knee high boots a couple of weeks ago for a party. I haven't had the need for proper shoes for a while. |

I’ve two pair of shoes. Both I like wearing, but I’m more a leather walking boots kinda man
And a few pair of pairs of trainers xx
But I do love to wear my burgundy Kenneth Cole brogues, with jeans and a crisp white shirt, ink on show and me beard groomed |

Like formal/traditional shoes and boots with a leather sole that click when you walk, usually brogues
William Lennon field boots when I'm feeling rough and ready.(fantastic made to order in Derbyshire, worth googling if you like your footwear)
It's said women judge a man by the quality of his shoes, is that true? |

That would be my golf shoes, the most comfortable shoes I own. Wore them last on Monday, to play golf. |
