My brother-in-law was glad when his wife died (my sister). He was a bit sick and brought his new girlfriend to the funeral. He had ‘Bring your daughter to the slaughter’ played for my parents to hear.

Apart from that I don’t hate Iron Maiden but have grown to like some AC/DC.

Posh, pick any track off "Black In Black" - it's a classic. You can't go wrong!

Mind you, so is:

Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap

Highway to Hell

High Voltage

Let There Be Rock

I like Iron maiden from their 1st albums with Paul Dianno as they have a bit of a punk feel to me. All the way to number of the beast with Bruce Dickinson & "Number of the Beast" - that's a classic too!

I think Miaden go down hill after that. However, I have seen both AC/DC & Iron Maiden live.

Maiden for me are the better live band though!

It's Maiden for me but to pick one track, are you mad?

Ok....powers1ave....or stranger in a strange land...no wait, infinite dreams, offs the evil that men do.

I love fear of the dark but it HAS to be the live version. There's a bit during the opening where Bruce says "you" meaning the audience was to sing the next lines and that's not in the studio version so it throws me off.

I was very sceptical of going to see AC/DC with Axel Rose stepping in but I have to say it was bloody fantastic although not the same.

Saw Iron Maiden in Antwerp as couldn’t get to Wembley due to family member gigging at another concert. The show was bloody good along with the atmosphere but being an indoor venue the acoustics was off which was a shame.

Like both AC/DC and Maiden. Although if pushed I'd have to say AC/DC, because I was a big fan of Brian's previous band Geordie.

So fav track? Can't pick a particular Maiden track, but AC/DC, with Bon it's Whole Lotta Rosie from the If You Want Blood live album and with Brian it's For Those About To Rock.

Posh, I must admit I like "Women In Uniform" (I also like the Iron Maiden track too! BA-BUM!)

"Murders In The Rue Morgue";"The Ides Of March"; "Wrathchild"; "Running Free"; "Phantom Of The Opera" (can't look at a Lucozade bottle without thinking about this track!); "Stange World" - reminds me of Scorpions???;"Charlotte The Harlot"

Back In Black favourite Track:

"Shoot To Thrill" - love @ 8:26 the catchy Angus riff. Johno's vocals on this track make my hairs on me arms stand up and instant goose bumps!"

Tracks nearly as good as this :

"Let Me Put My Love Into You" (I'll add that to my fuck songs collection. "Hee-Hee"!!! That a dirty "Hee-Hee" - not a girly one...)

"You Shook Me All Night Long"

"You Shook Me All Night Long" (oops - another for ther fuck collection....)

"Have A Drink On Me"

"Shake A Leg" (I actually do shake it to this one! Yes, I know I'm sad. It gets me through the day....)

Posh, give it a go. Shake a leg. Go on, go on go on!

"Posh, I must admit I like "Women In Uniform" (I also like the Iron Maiden track too!

Got Women in uniform on 12",Maggie gets her revenge!

Quite correct! Entirely as it should be.

I consider myself one of the lucky ones ….

I saw AC/DC on their Highway to Hell tour in 79 with Bon Scott… then again in Jan 81 on their Back in Black tour with Brian Johnson!! …. For me Bon Scott was better - just!

As for favourite track, it is Touch too Much …. Or possibly Thunderstruck.

Never seen Iron Maiden though.

With AC/DC, I can listen to and enjoy any one song, anymore that two together and I'm quickly bored.

With Iron Maiden, it can be a good while between listening to them, but I'll listen to a full album or two at a time.

They too have done several songs I'm quick to skip.

I'm not sure I can pick a favourite song from either band.

On another note, Iron Maiden were my first gig and I got to meet them afterwards too.
