If you tore a muscle/ parts of the muscle you need to let it rest and heal without putting more strain on it. Very gentle stretching might help but careful or you will be worse off.
The advise usually is heat on muscles and ice on joints, so depending where it is... ice pack or heat pack. Ibuprufen ointment might help with local application. Hope it gets better soon but dont rush into another exercise that could make things worse. |
