Seitan is a meat substitute made from wheat gluten.
I won't eat shop bought because of the additives.
I make my own ( it's easy ) it's very tasty ( when flavours are added ) and very tender when made properly.
You can make it into any shape you like .......
for burger buns, curries, sausages
sandwiches, kebabs etc .....
