Practice - fingers or a toy if you haven’t already so you know your own body.

Play with yourself in advance, make sure you’re really aroused and relaxed and if you can get them to rim and finger your first even better.
Make sure you’ve douched and relieved yourself beforehand. Also I find it easier to push against the guy (or strap on) as it helps open the sphincter up a bit more. Don’t use numbing gel as the pain is a good indicator if you’re not ready yet

Well the most important thing is to enjoy it but I echo what most people here say, lube and cleanliness are very important. I assume you’ve never had anything up there at all yet then? If that is the case I recommend you start off by fingering yourself a few times on your own just to get used to the sensation and also to allow your ass to get used to being penetrated, it’s also a good idea to start with a fingering before you actually take the cock/strap on in your ass to ease yourself in.....you might even find that you like fingering yourself, I certainly do and most times when I have a wank I finger myself at the same time. |
