"I have a very healthy process... First, I cry. Then I drink a bottle of wine, and finally I eat junk food. "
Sounds like something out of a joe wick health book |

I do a few things :-
Turn my phone/iPad off for the evening.
Read a book for 30 minutes.
Walk my dog in the country
Eat some good food
Drink a litre of cold fresh water
Masturbate furiously
And not necessarily in that order.

"To de-stress, how do you go about it and do you have a routine you stick by "
I'm considering resigning. That would be a massive relief of my stress, but unfortunately create a host of other issues. |

Walking in the peaks, running on the forest tracks… and climbing really help me focus and de stress. But I think my best way personally, is axe throwing at my local range. That satisfying sound of a Thunk when the axe sticks in the tree round! |

Exercise it always helps me - when I’m frustrated or stressed out I’ll go to my studio and dance or go a long walk in the hills, music blaring and I’ll channel the stress into other things that make me feel happy!
It always resets me and makes me feel level again xx |

Gym or football if it's a bit of physical aggression I need to get out.
If it's more mental stress then I'm finding mediation helps balance me.
Or I come into fab and tell people they are wrong. |

I bought a kitten. She's definitely helping.
Otherwise, binge watching shite on Netflix, Wine, chatting at my friends for hours, being outside, reading, listening to music, cleaning..

Or a drive.
Or go watch the sunset.
A walk
Or I put my earphones in and listen to music.
"

Music tends to change my mood so I put something good on when I stressed.
I take time out of what I’m doing as well and do something else to change my mind set |

I look at something that makes me nostalgic of a happy time; whether that be a picture, or a movie I watched as a child, or a video game I played with my family. |

"To de-stress, how do you go about it and do you have a routine you stick by "
Depending on the level of stress - if it is tedious and related to work then turning my mind from it and focusing on what really matters to me, my plans for free time and my friends. Doing Zumba and other dance workouts. Going to dancing (proper dancing, like Salsa). Going to a naturist spa. Riding my bike. Reading something good. A quick orgasm with my toys.
If it is something substantial then talking to my friends and getting support is the first remedy. |
