Sometimes we can all work ourselves to the ground but, there comes a point where you need to stop & listen to your body. It's much more important. You're doing the right thing. |

If the pain gets worse, don’t feel afraid to reach out and go A&E or something and they might sort you out some stronger stuff x x

If you're not able to be seen by your GP then go to minor injuries. Its a fantastic service there too.
Sending you a cwtch and hope you get the right meds to help you adjust with the condition.
Take care of yourself... the ladies of Fab need you in tip top condition

Hopefully have some good pain relief tomorrow from doc as over counter pills not helping.
