been watching this show after the paralympics all week.
Not sure some of the live audience and guests are ready for it...a smattering of polite applause as the hosts take the piss out of disabled people |

It's hilarious and good humoured and wonderfully refreshing that people can actually say what they (and lots of us) are thinking.
They could never have done that on the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation!!), eh?
LOL at 'wooden leg' |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
I think the reason it works is because it is just blokes bantering and the fact that they discuss their prosthetic legs is just part of that. I would like to see some more women but I am really enjoying a sport chat show in a way I never have before. |

I think it is brilliantly done and it is my favourite programme on at the moment, i think the point it gets across is that people with disabilities can laugh at themselves and it is okay to have a giggle at the same things.... |

well actually.... they do.... if you listen to podcasts, they do a brilliant one call "ouch" from the bbc disability unit, presented by 2 disabled people, where they have a laugh and discuss disable issues......
definately worth checking out.... |

Yes, 'Ouch' is good. Aunty has always had some porgramming aimed at and about disability. I seem to remember a soap opera too. The difference with the Last Leg is the opportunity of the Paralympics has allowed this to have that prime before bed slot. It's not on early on Saturday morning or at 1am on a Wednesday. |

With a cracking view |
It's great fun
Think the 'Is it OK' slot is as informative as it can be funny !
Two things have stood out for me -
Freddie Fintoff losing 'Rock, Paper, Scissors'
And the question - When it's the dressage, is it the rider or the horse that's disabled ?
