I’ve noticed increasingly that I have a very small close circle of people I chat to here and find it increasingly difficult to get chatting to new people. Is that a thing generally here? Any tips on how to change it? |

Well there's nothing wrong with a small circle. I'm much happier that way. But I guess it depends on what you're looking for from the website? If you want more people to chat to then don't be afraid to reach out and message. If it's your destiny to chat with them it will happen.   |

It is easy to get messages on here but it's incredibly difficult to turn those messages into a decent conversation.
I don't know what the answer is OP, but it no longer feels a realistic expectation to me for this site so I tend to look for that elsewhere. |

Small circles are nice. And being open to wider fields in the meantime.
I don't tend to work to hard here and just go with the flow.
If you want to expand.. Forum games that involve messages to others are a good way to connect.
