All!

I have an entirely innocent thread here, boring I know!

Are there any dog walkers in the Lincoln area who fancies meeting up for a walk. It would be nice to speak to like minded folk.

From my years of dog- walking experience, dogs are a first class method for getting into conversation with singles and couples; even though my beloved pooch died years ago, I always make a point of approaching dog owners the vast majority of whom are nice people.

Unfortunately I was never able to bring swinging into our exchanges!

We got a pug puppy a month ago and took her camping with us for two weeks. We have spoken to more people in the last month than in 15 years. Dogs are ace, they are such an ice breaker. I take her to the beach after work every day. Last week a lovely woman kept saying what a fab dog, and fab this and fab that. I wonder if she is a swinger ?

You’re so damn lucky to go to the beach every day.

A couple of days ago, I met a couple with a Shiba Inu, an exceptionally rare breed of Japanese spitz.

I spoke to them for nearly forty minutes; really nice couple.

Now if I had had some means of knowing whether they were swingers (or not) such as a black ring worn on a particular finger.......who knows what the ice breaker of discussing dogs might have lead to!

Aww bless

I think this is a really good thread OP, I know there have been similar threads over the years for hiking walks etc. I hope it works out well.

It's nice to have people that you can chat openly with, I have a friend here that I enjoy having that outlet with.

I do like this idea. Dogs are good icebreakers and you can make legitimate comments about sniffing bottoms and not sound too weird.

I was out walking a while back and met an exceptionally attractive lady with the cutest little cockapoo; we got into conversation and she lifted up the dog and cradled it, I continued to stroke the dog as I had been doing when it was on the ground; my hand accidentally brushed her breast as the little pup wriggled around. We smiled at each other and parted.

If the dog had not been in her arms, this would have been regarded much more seriously.

Dogs, especially young pups are wonderful.

Yet again today, I spoke to several nice people who were walking dogs; all but one were attractive ladies in their individual ways; people easily sense when you are genuinely interested in their dogs and the dogs know too!

I know an extraordinary amount about dog breeds and could converse for hours about lineages, breed characteristics, lifespans, traits, diseases, etc.

The only missing ingredient is determining whether I am conversing with a swinger, or not.
