I owned a 4.2 litre TVR chimera, awesome sounding car but it left me on many hard shoulders and grass verges in the year that I owned it. Horrendous costs and I sold it at a loss for a 1 litre Clio ha.
I'd love a TVR cerbera but am happy with my Audi tts at the moment. Perhaps remap and a stage 2 in the future.
I keep hearing that electric is the future. Are petrol heads a dying breed? |

I had a Saab that did the same to me
I got rid and bought a Yaris before it put me in the Insolvency process
Gutted though, I absolutely loved it |

Factory standard, mint R5 GTT (pref raider).
Had an R5 GTT years ago but it had been messed with so much it was full of problems. Wish I still had it though |

Changes on a daily basis but right now for me it would be a GT3 Touring and a new Defender for S.
Thats new car though. Classics, I could maybe make a list of 20, couldn't narrow it down much more than that. |

My dream would be a Lamborghini Urus in yellow. "
Had a Jag XJR a while back now. Same thing, wolf in sheep's clothing. Wafted along and was a bit of a whale most of the time, but like one on speed when you put your foot down!!! |

An Audi R8 in white and black.
But it's a stupidly expensive car despite how sexy I find it and I can't imagine I'd ever spend that on a car ever even if I had the surplus in some lucky windfall.
Or an Aston Martin.
If I ever manage to get an Audi A3 I'll be happy |

Does a factory fresh R5 exist?"
No, but that's that's it is my dream car, if I won the lottery I would 100% have one commissioned though. Handle like they are on rails and so much punch for such a small car |

She is sitting on a (very sentimental - and rightly so) gold mine with that car, especially if it still has the raider wheels too... hope it brings her all the happiness in the world - but also hope she drives it as it should be driven occasionally too |

Always wanted a Lotus Europa. Nearest I got was a mid 1970s Lotus Elite which I got from a second-hand car lot in the mid 80s. It kept overheating, the power steering system needed regular topping up with fluid, after a few months when I took my foot off the accelerator it leapt out of gear and I couldn't engage 1st from standing so I had to set off in 2nd then drop to 1st. The gearbox had to be rebuilt and they found one if the cover plates was cracked. Loads of other things kept going wrong so after 18 tortuous months I sold it. During that time I spent twice as much on repairs than it cost me and sold it for half what I paid for it! Disaster! But at least I owned a Lotus and have the pics!

A 2 year old Mercedes C Class 250D. Worst car I've ever had the misfortune to drive:
Bought it when it had 5,000 miles on the clock. By the time I drowned the fucker. It had eaten 4 sets of front discs after a further 10K miles.
Mercedes refused point blank to sort the car out under warranty but finally found the issue in that the hubs that bolt onto the stub axle. The torque on the bolts was 215 Nm. Only supposed to be 90 Mm.
Result: I will never touch a Mercedes again. |

my Landrover Discovery is pretty good, especially for towing our boats.
The winch on the front has been very useful too.
Just wish it cost less to run lol"
I’ve had a D2 and a D3, sold the D3 and kept my D2 which is unfortunately now off the road. |

Just gone, but last one was a Mercedes 63cls AMG
. Alas it had to go and I now potter around in a classic Jaguar s type. I had my midlife crisis a while back and went through all the usual suspects but settled for the Merc because it started, got me where I wanted to go and didn't actually spend more time in the garage than on the road. |

Hear me out with this one:
DeLorean DMC-12, but with a full resto-mod. Proper engine, new transmission, exhaust, brakes etc., and replace all that horrible black plastic and fibreglass with carbon fibre.
Aesthetically it is a good looking car, but because of the crap power train and other cost cutting it was a shit car. I’d want to keep the look, but actually have the performance to match.
Back to the Future mods and flux capacitor are both optional, depending on how hard they make it to maintain |

My dream (realistic) car growing up was an e36 m3. They're too old though now so I ended up with e46 m3.
It's just unreal to drive, the handling, the styling, the sound of it...still pinch myself now and state out the window every morning at it sitting on the drive!
Dream money no object car would be a Mclaren F1. Closely followed by a Laferrari or a Novitec 812 N-largo |

Dream car Maserati Ghibli.
I once had a black Capri JPS for about a month until some bastard nicked it. The police found it about 90 miles away wrapped around a tree. Then had an XR3i which was good until a lorry driver decided it would be a good idea to try mate his lorry with my car and totalled it instead!
Had all sorts of cars. First one was a MK1 Ford Cortina in two tone green and I can still remember the registration number! I scrapped it because the view of the tarmac through the floor pan was getting to big to block. Lol It was almost like Fred Flinstone's car. |

Supra fan here too. Only had the 1 though. 20yrs old in 1991 bought myself a '85 2.8i in black, manual box and plastic fantastic body kit.
Coincidentally at the same time I was having a very lean patch in my sex life, but once the Toyota was parked on my drive I had to beat them off with a shitty stick.
Always remember lads, chicks dig pop up headlamps! |

So many options. I've always loved the original R8. The new Alpine looks lovely. A TT would be nice. The newer Vantage is pretty, so is the Ferrari 812. I've always had a soft spot for the GTR too.
Hubby would love a F355.
