Yep.
Smoked pulled pork. Made the injection,the rub. Got the cherry and hickory wood ready.
Got 4 st louis cut pork ribs that are going to have two different rubs on.
Looking at a 16/18 hour cook over all.
Then bringing some to the cardiff midweek social. |
