Attraction to Naked Attraction

Let’s face it, many of use like getting our bits out in photos on fab.
You can take a photo, edit it, and either post it or discard it.
But the show Naked Attraction means there isn’t any hiding.
I’m not that shy when it comes to getting naked but I personally can’t see the appeal of going on a show and for the whole world to potentially judge you for your body.
Are you attracted to Naked attraction? Would you go on that show just to ‘win’ a date? |

Exactly! The while premise of the show is about choosing someone based on looks without knowing anything about them but still, nobody wants to seem judgemental

It's strangely addictive, but I can't quite work out why. I think you have to be a very strong personality to be able to handle the rejection, not sure my ego could cope with the brutality of the show. |

Thinking about it, my reasons for watching probably aren’t positive. I think it’s total car crash telly, I watch a lot of it through my fingers because I’m cringing so much. It makes ne laugh. |

I'm probably in the minority, but I find that show tacky and boring. I'm not an exhibition if I was maybe I would love the opportunity to go on it, embarrassing if you're off in the first round though. |

No. It's not being naked in front of a few people that bothers me but when some of them say .........
"I'm in I.T. and I work in a ......... dept of a large office." or "I'm a barrista in ......... ."
I think ..... fucking hell , I couldn't face work after the programme went out.
And you are right ..... why go through t his for a date ? Surely they must be after a career.
And some of the bodies don't look so good ...... but at least that shows they are mere mortals like the rest of us.
I don't watch it anymore...... it only took about 2 episodes of series one to arrive at ..... seen one seen em all state of mind.
And Anna Richardson is increasinly phoney and annoying. |

I'd never go on it mostly because if someone insisted on using the word vagina to incorrectly describe parts of my body I'd set up a white board and draw a diagram. This might ruin the mood and I definitely wouldn't get picked do I'll leave it.  |

On the handful of times I've watched it I've felt a bit sullied afterwards.
It's an excuse to get fannies and dicks out on tv, dressed up as something slightly fancier.

It’s a huge no from me and it’s not even the naked thing. It just wouldn’t work for me. If I was being picked there is every likelihood I’d walk off fairly early on in the picking process if the guy was a knob. If I was picking I’d struggle, I’m not visual I wouldn’t know where to start.
As for watching, it’s fascinating, it’s like Fab live. I love ppl and their behaviour hearing the thought process that goes on here every minute of the day. It’s a good insight  |

I think the real exhibitionist side of the show isn't that they are naked, but many of them are happy to talk about their intimate sexual history or feelings with the whole world listening.
I'm no prude, but I do like a bit of privacy. At a swinger club or nudist beach, just about everyone else is in a similar boat to you, but Gawd knows who's watching your bits and listening to you on the telly.

On Fab you usually have a chat, get naked (maybe with some disappointment) then shag, maybe. On there you see them naked, have a drink, if you still like them, shag. No disappointment from the nakedness perspective. |

I'm less interested in it now, compared to earlier days of it. It's good that we have pushed equality of nudity somewhat and normalised it a bit. We have too many hangups about nudity in the UK. Our body should be the 1 thing that our society pushes for free acceptance by everyone, as it's the only thing we are for life. |

I am perfectly happy for people to see my naked body in a body-positive, accepting environment. If somebody wants to see, I'd happily strip off in front of them.
I don't see Naked Attraction as that type of environment. It's all about judging people's bodies, or having a laugh looking at the naked people and maybe thinking they are weird.
I also wouldn't take my clothes off anywhere where there isn't consent from everybody else there, or where I would be judged for having the attitude of enjoying being naked around others.
For those reasons, I would always keep my nudity to private situations among understanding and consenting adults. Television is not such a place. Luke |

I got interviewed for the show and they still send me emails asking me to go on! I'm tempted by the experience rather than the date. But I wouldn't want to embarrass my kids so I'll never actually do it. |

I love it! If I were single I will surely go.
I just discovered 2 weeks ago and I'm a fan now. I'm watching it right now actually 
I really like all the conversation that sprout from it and to see how much body speaks about ourselves. Is very body positive for sure as well.
I don't... I just feel that even being "dating on reverse"... is actually way better than the normal way of meeting people. |

Only when they are eliminated from what I have seen..... They give them a hug and a kiss!
It's actually good tv! I can't remember the hosts name but I think she is with Sue Perkins.
She asks the person eliminating what they like. They lift the screens up bit by bit from the feet. The heads are never shown. You get to see the last 2 & what they are like. Then the person decides on the final. Watch it! It's a good positive programme. |
