You've lost control of your emotions and reaction. That it's going to cause you to loose something that you've wanted for a long time. It's time to back off for a while.

Aww huge huge hugs OP.sorry you're going through a hard time.
When I'm feeling "wobbly" it's almost like I've hit the self destruct button challenging those closest to me and usually in time following at a specific time of the month. Its difficult. I've recognised my triggers so I now tend to back off for fear of destroying relationship(s).

I know by now that during my period I'm hormonal and not in my normal, rational mind but like a poster above, it feels like I'm pressing the self destruct button at times for no sane reason. I'm going to have to start taking a step back from relationships that are important to me during that time.

I'm a repeat deleter. Sometimes I just need quiet and I can't if I'm constantly checking here.
I think I have found a happy medium. Less time on fab and filters blocking everyone.
It's either working or one day I will wake up and delete again lol. |
