So this is an odd one I’ve never had before
I noticed my profile views jump up drastically about half an hour ago
Upon checking as it’s very unusual to have more than 10 in a day
It was 11 brand new Tv/Ts profiles with no information but varying ages all from London
Thinking egotistically that they might be photo collectors I blocked the lot of them in one fell swoop
My block list now doesn’t have a single one of the profiles on there
Has this ever happened to anyone before?
It made me a little paranoid  |

As my OP states I thought they might be photo collectors which is quite common on here to my knowledge.
My immediate reaction was to block them.
Yes they were all suspicious to me as they were all exactly the same only with different names and slightly different ages and I’m about 600 miles from London
Why does it bother you what my reasons for blocking were?
I found it suspicious so I’m asking if anyone else had had the same thing.

Yeah there’s been some other threads about this. Loads of people keep joining from London. Fake profiles. Admin have been removing them all really quickly, that’s probably why they’re gone. |

Yeah there’s been some other threads about this. Loads of people keep joining from London. Fake profiles. Admin have been removing them all really quickly, that’s probably why they’re gone. "

It wasn’t just an observation though was it, you asked him what it would achieve, it would achieve not having any potential messages from profiles he doesn’t wish to interact with, its called being proactive, it’s really very simple.

I always forget when doing the stalking to people i met before. That probably they’d take notice of the 20th visit of the day  as they probably don’t get 2000 visits per day
Now I am in low visibility mode |

Anyway, aside from all the bickering, same thing just happened to me. 28 views all at once, all women who had joined the site 1 minute ago.
Looks like the site has been hacked or someone has found a way to start spamming.  |
