They haven't even moved in yet and all ready been round to borrow ladders, a brush, teabags and washing up liquid. Where do you draw the line??

Ask them to host a social, gauge the reaction and you might realise that they are just as welcoming and you have new playmates on your doorstep!!!

If they haven't moved in then pop round to see if they have finished with your brush. Leave a window open and rob the fuck out of them when they leave for the evening.
