Just a weighted run along the tracks, with my old day sack and still rocking the 25kg ethic if infantry weight only 5 Mile though

Depends what you're like with spice... I like a slight tingle to my ring the day after so it's the firecracker chicken curry for me and the korean BBQ beef hirata buns are out of this world

Depends what you're like with spice... I like a slight tingle to my ring the day after so it's the firecracker chicken curry for me and the korean BBQ beef hirata buns are out of this world

Chicken madras with lime and coriander rice. I've padded it out with tinned potatoes as it's left overs from yesterday and remembered to cover the dish in the microwave because tinned potatoes like to explode given half a chance!
