If I try to do something about feeling meh, I just frustrate myself. What I'm waiting for will happen, in its own time. I just have no patience so in the meantime there are plenty of meh days to go through.  |

It’s healthy to do both. Recognise and accept the feelings, allow yourself to experience them and question their origins.
Then shower, dress and at the very least, go for a walk, or do something that brings you joy xxx |
