Uuurgh. That spoils the chocolate buttons.
My snack would be just the chocolate buttons on their own, but as I'm trying to be good...yet again!....it works currently be fruit and yoghurt or a protein bar.

2, Preferred snack: Nutella on toast or... if need be Green and Black chocolate pieces broken up between two rounds of toast.

Ok, so are the buttons fresh from the fridge or cupboard. Do you wait for them to partially melt (leaving the toast to go cold, or just get your toast whack on the buttons and eat? |

I try not to snack between meals but if I do and I am being healthy then I choose fruit or some ham.
If I couldn't give a s#it about being healthy my go to would be biscuits or sweet stuff before savoury.
