I am feeling happy and quite tired.
Its been a busy work and ho_elife week, and my running training plan is ramping up the mileage and effort which is good to work through but is leaving me tired.

I didn't even know for 17 months as all they said when I went for a chest x-ray because I had pain back just before first lockdown was I had a viral infection. I got told about it while having a ct scan 17 months after and they were meant to contact me but never did |

I have a heart condition and not seen my Cardiologist at all through the pandemic. It really is crap, I'm ok though, I don't think I necessarily need him but I like the reassurance |
