I'm trying to open a new private zoo - but to get a license from the council I have to have a Koala, 2 Panda's, a Grizzly and a Polar....

....apparently that's the bear minimum.

I went to a small local zoo near where I live. No bears, no big cats, nothing. Just one dog. It was a shit zoo

I had a similar idea, but really only wanted common domestic birds and a feline enclosure... that really put the cat among the pigeons...
