Leicester

I thinkng of moving to a new city and...

Birmingham springs to mind as it's the largest city near to me.

Can anybody recommend it or condem it?

If so does a lot of activity (you know what I'm eluding to) go on?.

Gapping Fanny

Leicester is hardly that far from Birmingham.

Why don’t you travel and stay there and nake your mind up?

The city centre is way better than it used to be, there’s been a lot of development over the last couple of decades.

Like any big city, pick your district carefully; some are great, others are not.

Travel wise, it’s great IMO….big central station and four major motorways close(ish) by.

I wouldn’t move there, too risky, it could be Dudley.

City centre is ok. Alot of money being spent there with the tram.

Alot of big stores have closed up and some areas of the City look like ghost town.

Outside of the city most areas are negleted by council cut backs.

Crime is high in most areas of Birmingham.

Property is very expensive.

Shagging Students I like it..

Just wondered if it had Big City mentality, because Leicester certainly does not, find it quite bland here.

I have a penthouse apartment in Birmingham. Overlooks the station and close to all the shops.

It’s a dive! To many drug addicts and beggers. It’s just grotty. Avoid can see why Manchester has replaced Brum as the 2nd city of our nation.
