Does discussing it or virtuous traits or topics and what they mean to you personally make you a more virtuous human. Or does it mean you don't know what true virtue is? Do you ever discuss or express an opinion on such matters in order to appear more virtuous, or are you simply on a quest of discovery during such conversations. Are they indeed conversations or just the dreaded one way virtue signalling? Do you listen to others and learn, or is your virtue already a perfected artform?
Please discuss, or don't, and tell me the third or fourth option? Or tell me how many people you've fucked and your favourite sexual position if you'd prefer?

I discuss what I think.
My value, my worth, my morality are my own and are not tied to my discussion or whatever anyone thinks of it.
I think "virtue signalling" is a silly notion designed to shame people for talking in a certain way. I also think people who use it should perhaps be more mindful of their own vice signalling. |

Would you ever say for example that if a person had a disagreeable opinion or used a certain phrase, then they would probably be less virtuous or have vices? Maybe this tactic could be used in order to shut down an uncomfortable debate or discussion that you'd rather not see? Or do you just let other folks have a view, not stress about it, and be tolerant of individuality and disorder?  |

I thought virtue was about virginity or chastity. One is long gone and the other isn't going to happen anytime soon.
So I actually had to look up its proper definition "behaviour showing high moral standards". And to me it just sounds a bit vague to what it means. Because my moral standards differ to others. And shouldn't we all try and not be cunts to each other.
I guess I don't actually know what high moral standards are. |

To me like virtue and modesty are things other people think of you. And I think these are a bit old fashioned ways of thinking these days.
I stick to my principles but I'm not sure others would necessarily think they are good ones. |

We don't have a Waitrose nearby but I know my mum likes it. When she was able to go out they were very kind to her. They would pack her shopping without being asked and when she was no longer able to walk someone went round with her helping her get things off the shelf. Once when she hadn't been in for a while due to illness the manager spotted her and gave her a bunch of flowers.

That's actually quite lovely!  There's not enough of that around now, we all seem too obsessed with counting costs and profit margins, myself included. Often the profit comes from doing good though |

I have certain push points that tend to annoy me enough to post. I don't do this to virtue signal but because i rant hate prejudice and see a lot of it here. I am cis gender White female so it's not that i am part of any minority but i have relatives that are so maybe I'm more sensitive to it? |
