Just finished a journey on the motorway and there's one thing that always p*sses me off:
Full beam headlights on the motorway. I'm really sick of being half blinded by the dazzle of modern headlights.
What's yours? |

I don’t drive but as a passenger I hate people who honk… especially soon as the light turn green… like calm down!!
And taxi drivers who try speak constantly when clearly I am not in the mood of chatting from A to B lol |

God impatient people on the road in general get me. Have to say I don't mind a chatty taxi driver, but I get bored in the car easy if I'm not driving hahaha |

As a biker this does my nut in especially if it is raining as the light refracts more off the droplets on the visor, same for Xeons.
I dislike people that daudle, used to get frustrated with people that have nowhere to be, doing 45 down a A road with 2 miles of traffic behind them while im just trying to get home from work on a friday night
People that dont understand how to indicate on a roundabout
People speeding up when you go to overtake |

a good cabbie is like a great bar maid...
Where to? sensible question
Can you manage that? For heavy loads/suitcases
The usual? For your regulars.
Bad day? Time to shut and listen or just shut up.
Barmaid's honour: keep secrets, if they're playing away: play dumb!
Nice holiday, happy holiday makers want to gloat, let them bask in that glory.
And for maximum brownie points: You've been away for 1 or two weeks, wanna pop in to the shops to get some milk?
The last question always got me a good tip as at 3 in the morning the ferry port and 24 hour shop where 10 mins away and that was always a fuck-me-that's-great-idea. Good for tips that one. Seeing as the journey was fixed price anyway.

Diagonally Parked in a Parallel Universe |
I have to drive along a single track road with passing places to get to and from home. Often, drivers travelling in the opposite direction will drive 20 - 30 yards past a passing place rather than pull over, causing both of us to drive onto the verge.
Last week, an oncoming car did pull over, and the idiot behind overtook him. I couldn't pull over as I had a hedge to my left so he had to reverse back behind the guy he passed! |

Ooooo a biker! My Auntie is a biker, been raised to be very mindful of bikes on the road, stay safe out there!
Lol there should be a minimum speed limit on the motorway, had someone doing 45 in the slow lane with no traffic...accident waiting to happen with people doing 70 in the same lane |

Cyclists who make a point of cycling two abreast in situations where they should be cycling in single file.
Or once a cyclist purposely cycled outside a cycle lane just to cycle two abreast.
In general I don't mind cyclists, just in certain situations.
Another pet peeve is when I find out that I was actually in the wrong when I thought that I was in the right. |

Omg cyclists riddle me this. Why do you overtake traffic at a red light so you're at the front of the queue? Because we all have to overtake you all over again. Like surely it poses more risk forcing drivers to overtake you twice? |

When people switch lanes suddenly on the motorway and don't I dictate.
I lost count of how many times it happened today.
And people that get right up your arse in the fast lane when your clearly unable to move over.
I could rant more but those two today were annoying. |

Lol this happens to my poor little Clio. Like I am in fact overtaking cars in the slower lanes...I'm clearly using the lane correct *and* obeying the speed limit. Why they gotta drive up your arse for? XD |

People who don't indicate, they break suddenly then indicate
Abusive behaviour when they're in the wrong
Not being courteous.
Drivers who antagonise motorbikes and cyclists.

There was one who i used to see a couple of times of week at around 7ish AM on the A road inbetween Wellingborough and Kettering. He was such a danger it was unreal. HGV's stuck behind him crawling up a massive hill at around 10 MPH. HGV's getting frustrated and trying to overtake as he would sit in the middle of the road on a extremely narrow and twisty A road. |

In a previous life I used to work night shift and on one particular commute into work a man dressed all in black was casually walking down a dual carriageway.
Damn near crapped myself when I saw him in my headlights...good thing I had gotten a good night's sleep in and was loaded with coffee!! |

I deal with exactly these type of incidents daily.
People who see you coming towards them and carry on driving straight past the pull in, then get arsey when you make them back up. Knob Heads.
I feel better having got that off my chest. |

No indication
Not giving way on roundabouts
Being a dick - had someone beep me because I didn’t move onto a roundabout quick enough for them, they then sped up and got alongside me and tried to swerve into me. Nice.

BMW, Audi and Fiat 500 drivers.
Middle lane hogs.
Not indicating.
Delivery moped riders cutting in from the left, even worse when they slow down to read their phones.
Electric scooters.
People who look at their phones as they cross the road.
Oh, I just bloody hate other road users! |

Middle lane cruisers on the motorway.
Townies who can’t drive down narrow country lanes, and even worse, can’t reverse in a straight line……
Female cyclists with low cut tops distracting me while I drive……. |

Cyclists who think they are in the tdf and font use the cycle track than runs along the road which is mainly 60mph.
People who go slowly along the coast for a run out at 18mph in their honda jazz, nothing in front but 50 fed up cars behind them.
And the ones who use indicators after a turn. |

I hate the wankers that wont wait just for a couple of minutes.
Whilst I let an eldery lady cross the road
or let a child cross the road
or mother/father and child or bloody pram to get across a busy main road.
There just damn inconsiderate nowadays all selfish tossers.
whats the damn f-in hurry. |

Close to the full beam lot are those keeping their foot on the brakes, instead of the handbrake, at traffic lights. Dazzling is an inconsiderate and dangerous thing to do.
Lane hogging is probably the worst ubiquitous problem |

I do wonder sometimes too. Because I see so many lights that cause dazzle. But then some full beams it's like the sun is shining into my eyes |

It’s been said loads, but middle-lane hoggers.
To be honest, there’s a sub-set of them that are the worst - the ones who refuse to acknowledge that it’s at best discourteous and at worst, downright dangerous.
Also, people driving increasingly huge motorhomes down tiny roads that can’t really accommodate them (usually looking for “wild camping” spots |

People who drive at the same speed regardless of road. Regularly on my drive to or from work will get stuck behind a driver who will do 40 in a village but will then continue doing 40 the other side when the speed is 60. I can accept somebody sticking to speed limits but that winds me up.
The other one I meet frequently is the ten miles an hour below speed limit driver. |

Ah, yes, good one. I drive to the speed limits. Often have those types tailgating in a 40mph zone, only for me to leave them for dust when it changes to 60mph. |

Yup! Absolutely hate it when there's absolutely no need for high beams on a brightly lit road.
Also cyclists! I'm all for being healthy, but when you have cyclists that ignore using the bike lane or decide to ride in the middle of your lane, you got's to stop it! |

Yeah it's the Xeon and Halogen lights. Worst offenders are stuff like SUV's, Range Rovers ect because their lights are already at eye level |

I call them "one speed willies" speed through the village and slow in the 60. Grr.
I try to just go at the limit but there are acceptions like I'll knock a few mph off in the dark or if it's raining etc. |

This is THE WORST ONE EVER!!!!
Drivers on the main carriageway at a T junction or a + cross road.
You want to get out so they STOP and signal for you to GO ......
Why the FUCK don't they realise they have right of way and if they finish their FUCKING manoeuvre ..... I can go.
They should not encourage you out. Any accident would be down to you ....
