A slight misdirection from the op there... I was just going down a nostalgia route... Not necessarily the fry up only... Having said that... If you do want to feel guilty about your fry up...

I remember my dad always doing a full check of the car like this before a family holiday

Nope. Can't say I've ever felt guilty about eating a fry up. A whole big bar of galaxy maybe. But never a fry up.

I did everyday. But i ride a motorbike. The outcome is alot worse than a car if i didnt
