It's not as if we never spoke, we chatted for a few days and I got blocked randomly. I wasn't intentionally rude (if I was) and the last message I sent was 'How are you?'. If I said anything that they didn't like, they could have told me, or it could've been a complete wind up from the start. No-one ever owes anyone a response, but it could have been handled differently. |

People block for all sorts of reasons. May have been a status or profile update you made that niggled them, may have been as simple a thing as finding "How are you?" too boring to continue speaking. Maybe they looked at more of your pics or forum posts and decided something wasn't for them.
The one thing you know is that you'll never know unless they unblock and explain (unlikely) so follow the advice that's always given: move on and devote your energy to somebody who's actually interested. |

I'll give you an example of a totally random reason. Messaged by one side of a couple, first message to compliment me on something I said in a forum post. The other one then starts having a conversation with the first, in my inbox, not even talking to me!

Also, no offence intended but your profile reads much more like a dating site profile than a swinging one. You come over like a nice kid (I can say that because your age is right in the median range of my kids) but not much more than that.
I'm not saying you need to pretend to be some kind of sex god, honesty is always better, but it's kind of fluffy. |

I can see that you care about this line of chat closing. I am absolutely sure that you weren't rude.
Look on the bright side..... you chatted to someone for a couple of weeks. That's better than never having chatted.
You can give someone all your time and all you have and be as nice as anyone has ever been and they will still block you.
Just remember that you are the bigger and better person in this and don't invest so much in strangers.
