So, I was talking last night to some friends about some of the operations I am going to get in the next 6 months.. and we ended up talking about my tits.

I felt a bit of judgement from a couple of them who, maybe at heart, do obviously care and add another perspective… but I felt they were kinda trying to hard to stop me from going too big.

I want to personally get a D, or at least a full C .. but I’m more bothered about how they will look rather than size to be fair. Like either of those two should be good.

I don’t think they are too big, but they seemed to think otherwise and for my frame a D would look like two marker buoys u see at sea…

They are a couple, and the girl is quite insecure about her size as she’s barely a B. I did joke and say … well if she feels so insecure (as he mentioned about her insecurities when talking about my surgery) we could book in together…and have our operations hand in hand.

anyway, anyone can chip in with opinions but particularly interested in the ones who had OPS before and how the family and friends reacted/perceived it all x

Get the surgeon to let you look in the mirror with sizers in your bra, that will show you what each size would look like and then choose the size that YOU like. Fuck anyone else’s opinion

Yeah, hopefully I’ll be able to see some simulations especially for shape and how they look visually. Personally I love the stick up look and don’t care if they don’t look too natural. Fuck everyone else’s opinion

It kinda pissed me off because … I already have my own insecurities , why should I pick hers too and go smaller because if I go big then she will feel bad about her own tits ……

They are really good friends of mine btw xx

Real friends will tell you what they really think rather than what you want to hear.

I think you should go for the size and look you want. My personal opinion is that if you can choose rather than just get what you're given you should go for the size that suits your frame.

Peoples comments will often highlight their own insecurities. It’s likely not even about you and totally about how she feels about her own body. I’m sure it isn’t coming from a bad place but it’s unfair when you’ve gone to a friend for advice.

When I was getting mine done, one of my best friends (who hates her boobs!) was very disparaging about the size of chosen. Now she says they look amazing and admits she was just jealous

I have big boobs and they aren't all they're cracked up to be.

Sometimes I think I'm just seen as boobs and a fat arse, more than a person.

Anyway, my opinion doesn't count; you have what you want.

Yeah and the fact they have sort of put it in a joke context about her being insecure about her size makes me think they are more about their own insecurities than it is about me.

Slightly annoyed me lol even if i love them to bits

Again, I do want proportion I think, so I won’t go for a huge boob, but what if I wanted to? Like… it’s my body surely I’m entitled to and should just listen to what the surgeon has to say, and that’s it x lol

Also as I said, I do have my huge insecurities when it comes to breast being trans, as my boobs are just coney shaped mostly due to hormones (still growing) but aren’t like pretty tits in my mind x haha or not what I think they should look like

Go with what you're happy with. Saying that I've always wondered why people would want big ones as sometimes they are a pain in the arse.

Good luck with whatever you decide to go for x

Personally, I like smaller boobs.

I think they look lovely in silk and chiffon blouses, and camisoles.

If you are given the chance, then ask to "model" both sizes and see how you feel. That way may help you decide x

So cup size is in relation to your frame. For every inch above your band size you go up a cup size. So a 30D will look completely different to a 36D.

So a D cup is only 5 inches circumference more than your band size.

Good friends will always be honest, but the tough part is judging ifvit was honesty or were they trying to hurt you.

But its your body, you should do what is safe and makes you happy.

Yeah as above I’d go with what you feel happy with or what you’d feel is better. Doesn’t sound like you’ve got the temptation to go ridiculously big which is good.

I’ll happily admit I’m no expert, is there no try before you buy option? So you can get an idea?

No it's just the difference in inches between the circumference of under your boobs and the widest part of your boobs.

No i dont have the temptation to go overly big, just annoyed me that they sounded slightly judgemental referring them to marker buoys …. If I went too big

And I know they do simulations on the computer and potentially they let u try out sizes and do a mood board of titties

Ill report back

Yeah they’re maybe just a bit like me and not really that educated about sizes of boobs.

It’s a great shame they can’t provide life size models for you to have squeeze of and play with…

I genuinely would have said from your photos you had a smaller band size and a bigger cup size from your photos. I wear a 34 band which is typical for a size 16.

I personally think D cups would suit you.

Wirral.

Kylie, I know nothing about boob augmentation, but I would imagine the consultation would give advice on size, etc. And I would hope that would be in relation to what will give the best result, or "look", rather than just what is medically feasible.

There's also the issue of wanting to look natural or obviously enhanced. As long as you know what you want & the surgeon is reputable, don't worry what anyone else says. X

I'm not sure if this will be in any way helpful but I'm gonna offer something that popped into my own head only yesterday morning.

I've been working loads lately, I'm a waitress so on my feet constantly. Anywhooo, I woke up and could barely fucking move. I was thinking I'm too fucking old for this, my body is most definitely unimpressed then in popped the thought "thank fuck I ain't got much in the way of tits, coz I don't think I could handle the backache that comes with it on top of this"

It was the first time in my life I was thankful for my lack of breastage.

Just offering a different angle and maybe something to mull over

Thanks lovely I appreciate this advice and to see it in a different light. I’m certainly looking for proportion and beauty aesthetically rather than size

But yeah I’ll have a good talk to my doctor and see which would work and look best

My friend also mentioned about the back pains obviously

You have a beautiful little frame, but you get whatever size you want and will make YOU happy.

Want big bouncy porn star tits? Get them, I'll be fucking jealous mind!

As a woman with a tiny frame as well though, keep in mind the backache of larger breasts!

I agree, speak to the surgeon and maybe borrow some from other people? I know a lady who has hers based on a friend's, because they had the exact same frame!

Good luck my lovely, be happy, and you can always get them changed!

If your underbust is 30-31 you'd be a 30 or 32 band size depending on brand. Have a look at boob or bust online measuring to get your size.

Can't advise on size as that’s your choice and the ladies have already given good advice.

What I would say is pick a size then see how readily available the size is to purchase bras/lingerie in that size as it’s bloody frustrating sometimes trying to get the right size

Can I ask, you don't have to answer.

Will your skin be stretched before hand as could that not determine which size you could go??

I need to have tissue, so, if I grow on hormones to a full size B, (I’m over an A now, at least it’s not AAA lol) I won’t be able to ever go to a J… or at least I’m pretty sure it won’t be possible

I can see and feel the tissue and fat when I squeeze them as said they just don’t look how I want them to look.

Anyway… it’s more like the size of the implants in CC. So I was doing some research and probably settle for a 250-300cc x I could get away with a bigger size if I opt for ultra light silicone x

But girls who done them can definitely tell us more

If your underbust is 30-31", then you are definitely not a 34 band. Try both 30 and 32". The old "add 4 inches" crap that M&S do is very outdated in the lycra and stretch fabric era. Originally, bras were made from non stretch cotton and other fixed fibres, hence the adding of inches. All that happens with modern stretch fabrics is your band is too baggy. I'd say go to Bravissimo and have a chat with staff there, if you're happy to do that?

Yea of course, currently I’m wearing a lot of sports bra so I don’t have to buy a huge amount of bras that won’t fit me after the operation x I do have a collection-ish but on a day to day I tend to wear sports bra so they are kind of different sizing and more stretchy

And they are pretty good as I can’t run anymore topless without literally HURT.

"So cup size is in relation to your frame. For every inch above your band size you go up a cup size. So a 30D will look completely different to a 36D.

So a D cup is only 5 inches circumference more than your band size.

I’m a 34A and half … currently x not quite a B yet haha but I’m getting there

Urgh

I genuinely would have said from your photos you had a smaller band size and a bigger cup size from your photos. I wear a 34 band which is typical for a size 16.

I personally think D cups would suit you.

Yeah it’s strange because my underbust is a 30-31” but then my waist goes smaller to a 27-28” and then high hip and hip line is larger to a 36-37”

Also regarding the bigger look. It’s because I pad the bras with some helps in the bras lol hahah but keep it a secret

I used to naturally be a 34DD and they were big but not “marker buoys”. I’d be willing to send you an old photo if you think it might help visualise. I don’t think C or D would be too big for you, especially as you’re taller than me.

Having read further, I see you’re more of a 30/32, so that might not be so helpful for you. But I still don’t think C or D would be too big for you. This might sound silly, but how about trying on a 30C and 30D bra with moulded cups, so you can see how far they stick out?

I did try the 30C and I think I like the look/size and give me a nice body shape. So size wise, I think it works… But didn’t have a chance to see the D. Hence my conflict…

More importantly I need to visualise the result with the simulation more than anything.

I’m perfectly happy with my lips …luckily I don’t feel like I need any correcting haha

You've got to go with what you want. Everyone can give opinions, but you've got to go with your gut.

If you don't, you'll regret it, and probably end up not liking your new boobs and then be trying to go under the knife again to get them how you wanted in the first place.

Yes, like any other garment, bra sizing can be variable depending on the brand. Also depends on the style and fabric. So lace has different stretch properties to cotton etc. Padded vs unpadded. Different shape cups to support different parts of the breast etc. You learn which styles and types suit your shape, basically.

A good decent surgeon will do them according to your body frame. I had mine done under the muscle, and the amount of breast tissue I had was a factor plus muscle size. The surgeon had a maximum size he would put in me. I could chose under that however I wanted to.

Over the muscle can drop particulary if large. Under the muscle doesn't. But it's much more invasive and recovery is longer and obviously carries more risks.

I would recommend you find a surgeon who goes with your body and your proportions. That, in my book, is a good surgeon.

I was told was that they will feel or seem smaller after a few weeks as the swelling goes down and you have to factor that in.

I was also told I'd put on a bit of weight as it adjusts your view in the mirror and being happier you tend to put weight on. I was particularly slim at the time though.

So going one size bigger to account for swelling going down and a little weight gain is not a bad idea.

Top tip... Take arnica for several days leading up to it. It reduces the bruising. I didn't get much bruising and at the aftercare appointments they commented to say so.

My latest pic you can see my scars. And my body doesn't dissolve dissolvable stitches

I had to massage mine after in a particular way and yes that's sore. They were sore for a few weeks. Having them done under the muscle is more painful as they pull the muscles away to get the implants under and the muscles need to heal. You lose most of the use of them at first. And you need someone around to help you. You'd be surprised how much those muscles do! Aftercare appts were check ups and I had to have my stitches pulled out in the end but that didn't hurt at all.
