What's everyone preferences of hair length on women? I know I 100% love women who can rock short hair styles, and prefer women with short hair, but what does everyone else think? What's your preference? |

All depends on the lady and her style… I think hairstyles are an extension of your style and personality in a woman. And I love to see both long and short hair. It adds to the overall image and look.
In a guy we don’t really give a fuck… well I don’t I do my beard though |

I’ve had short hair for years now, quite a distinct undercut, pixie style whilst not for everyone I love it and that’s really all that matters, I think it depends on the woman and the face shape, some have features that tend to lend themselves better to a shorter style and some suit long, flowing locks - it’s a preference like most things xx |

If I had to choose I'd say long. After years of bleach abuse im desperate for mine to grow. Its currently like a lion's mane as I'm trying to keep away from heat styling |

A style that suits your face and your age.
As you age your hair condition changes even if you care for it really well and take supplements.
A no more than shoulder length bob suits me but thats maximum length and its better if i straighten it rather than just blow dry.
Prefer a colour on it as well as not a fan of grey, feels like i am giving in to ageing.
Hair (wig) is one of the things MtF women get wrong. The amount i have seen who are of an older age but sporting long blonde curly locks, doesn’t work.
Also a lot seem to have acquired them from a pound shop or fancy dress outlet.
Spend less on clothes more on your hair. |

"A few years ago mine was very short, a few inches long.
I'm enjoying having long hair at the moment , so doubt I'll cut it off in the near future "
I had very short hair too. A hairdresser persuaded me to grow it and I've never looked back. |

Glad to hear some men like it short as mine is short and that’s how it’s staying because I don’t suit it long and never have, despite a few episodes of trying to grow it to look anywhere near decent! I’d need a head full of extensions and I’d really rather not! X |

I'm envious of women that look good with short hair. I struggle to tame mine and think short hair would help but sadly I don't have the right face to carry it off. So birds nest it is! |

"Been told I suit mine either short or long though I get far more comments on it when long just because of the colour. Not really a fan of short..short as I think it looks to boyish."
There’s plenty of amazing shorthaired women.. and far from boyish… but I suppose when you only have one look you stick with it |

I’ve had long and short hair but longer suits me as I have *cough* strong facial features (I.e. a big nose!).
But if I could rock short hair I would, and I’d have lots more fun with hair colours then too.
I think Frankie from the Saturdays, Demi Moore in Ghost and Halle Berry to name but a few have all looked bloody gorgeous with short hair.

"Love both but think it takes a really striking beauty to smash the short hair look. Dancer is a prime example of this. Absolutely stunning "
Definitely there’s a couple of short haired ladies that look amazing with the short haired look. And yeah dancers stunning and definitely rocks the look. And she’s as far removed from boyish looking there can be x
Hope you’re enjoying your weekend x |

I used to have waist length curls, people still talk about it lol
Chopped it off a few years and had a pixie, asymmetric undercut... Omg it was gorgeous ... Gradually growing it out and going for long shaggy loose curls again with a fringe |

" Always been long for me. My face is too round for short"
Have you asked your hairdressers on shorter styles and are they honest enough to tell you if they think you are making a mistake?
There are bob cuts that suit a round face (for example) |

I shall in the not to distance future. Personally I think there comes a time where I’ll be too old for long blonde hair. Not a fan of long hair on old women. I’m still rocking it for now though |

I'm enjoying having long(ish) hair, my face is too moonish for short and my frame in general wouldn't suit it. I wouldn't say I'm the biggest fan of short hair on women but some have such striking features and it highlights it even more - like Nell Gwyn, all elvish and adorable. I love women with straight long hair, probably because it's what I want. |

I love short hair and I love long hair. When younger, I rocked the Stevie Nicks wild & untamed look but now that I'm older, I prefer it short (mainly cos it's very fine.)
I think everyone can suit short hair - I have a VERY round face & still get compliments on my hair - it's more an attitude than anything.
Dancer totally rocks it, though. xx

On other people, whatever suits them.
Personally, I've never had my hair above shoulder length, but prefer it long. It's rather unruly, and the weight that length gives it makes me look slightly less feral...it's my mane and I'd miss it if I cut it short. It's more versatile longer too, there are so many different ways that I can wear it. |

Long hair is good to hold in a passionate kiss, but I also love running my hand through shorter hair. A shaved head is a not for me, but a couple of mm or longer is all good. Do love natural gray hair on a women, one of those things you never see.
Natural vibrant ginger is so sexy. |

I saw a woman on here who has pics of her with hair and pics with a shaved head, she really pulls of the shaved look, something quite sexy about it. |
