Morning! Sorry to hear you’re in pain. Maybe a nice warm bath will help? I have a pretty heavy frying pan, I could thwack you upside the head with it………guaranteed lights out!  |

"Morning. I’ve had back pain. It’s a bitch. Go see a physio. My lack of sleep is related to how much I drank watching the rugby. So awake now with a thumping head. Need to learn to slow down ! "
Morning missed the rugby as my team were on sky so chose to watch the opening match of the season. |

Until you’ve had it, you just don’t know ...
Had 3 operations on mine after a collapsed scrum followed almost immediately by a bad RTA. Just getting over my latest bout of pain now. Live on anti-inflammation meds - without them I seize up.

I spent 20 mins in the hot tub dealing with my aches and pains before bed last night. Managed 7 hours sleep! |

Morning pp. sorry to hear you are suffering. You can take Ibuprofen and paracetamol together Just make sure you have food with the Ibuprofen and don’t exceed the recommended dose of each. If it gets any worse call NHS 111. I hope you’re feeling better soon. Xx |

PP I hope the pain eases for you very soon and that you get some much needed rest. Sending you a gentle cwtch.
I have a 12 mile run today and I will be doing it on the marathon course I aim to run in October, this will give me experience of part of the course and is the first of many long runs I will use the course for in my preparations.
