Without knowing what she's like or what you expect from it, it's hard to answer this.
If you're both open minded about new kinks and discuss things that are a bit taboo for vanillas, then just discuss it. If she likes anal, there's a door to be opened, you could say you've always been fascinated how it must feel. A lot depends on what kind of roles you like to assume or are in the habit of. Or maybe try getting her into watching pegging porn (there's some quite tasteful stuff in the "porn for women" sort of categories).

This subject does seem to be popular considering the number of similar threads on the subject here.
