Epsom

Best brand of wetsuit!

Most likely occasional use in sea and more regular use in Thames (paddle boarding)

Female size 12ish 5” 7’ and a pot belly!

North Lakes

I find O’Neill wetsuits the best, I currently have three.

I’ve just learnt to front crawl and got a Huub beta.

My swim teacher is amazed how buoyant it is as I’m quiet slight and sink????

I also use it in my paddleboard with no issues

Oh all of this is in the sea.

I recommend quicksilver, 4/2 thickness will be good all year round, that’s what I’ve got

I have a ripcurl wet suit, it's got flattering floral side panels and it's super comfy and excellent quality. Although it's a 5.3 and I find it too warm in the summer.

South Lakes

O Neil psycho were always my choice, great fitting, three different thicknesses of neoprene according to where you need the stretch and lasted for years and I was a kitesurfing instructor and competitor so wore mine more than the normal person would.

Whatever you can find in Decathlon. Got an open water swimming one from there last year and is still going after many uses.

I should add… very buoyant and thinner on shoulders to allow movement

Thank you,

O’Neil and Ripcurl seem to have the most suggestions

Honestly, I think any of the main surf brands would have nailed it by now. I'd be more concerned about which thickness to go for and getting the sizing right.

Oh I know what thickness I want, just was unsure on the brand as don’t want a cheap brand that won’t do what it’s meant to do!

My nearest decathlon is miles away unfortunately!
