If you had to have a farm animal as a house guest for a year which animal would you choose?

Just to clarify -It would be living indoors and having meals with you and sleeping in the bed in the spare room.

A pig. Very clever and friendly and also very clean, contrary to their bad rep. Would also get on well with the dog if the film Babe is to be believed.

A lamb would be quite nice. Cute. Playful. Plus it'd keep your toes warm on a cold eve,and you could use its wool for a throw.

Plus I could take it for walks and really freak the dog walkers out on the park round the back.

Point Nemo, Cumbria

A miniature Vietnamese pot-bellied pig. They're intelligent, friendly, clean and utterly adorable.

Having had a few farm animals as house guests over the years I would have to say a pig.

Just be sure that you set boundaries early on, a fully grown duroc sow sat on your lap whilst you are watching corrie would be uncomfortable.

Mmmn not sure about this one, they're pretty big. Wouldn't be much room on the sofa for me and the cow!
