My sister in laws wife is seriously into road racing and running, she has some serious leg and arm muscles that would put a lot of men to shame.
As an example she has just done the marmotte cycle ride in 8hrs 10 minutes.. my best time has been 9h51m..
Shame I dont have any pics of her or I'd post them.. she is muscly. |
