I’ve asked this question from my Mother to Work colleagues and I get a variety of answers. So anything from weekly (Mother) to monthly (Work Mate I won’t be staying at his place  ).
So I figured out 10-14 days unless it’s particularly hot summer or had some rumpy pumpy between the sheets  |

As often as need be.
At least once a week ( but I do have a cheat to make this easy )
I'f I miss a week I don't panic ffs...... i bath every day and always use the toilet. |

Lol. Do we know each other?
I wear different jammies pretty much every night although they will get a couple or wears. Bedding is minimum once a week.... You spend 7 hours a night in bed it should be the best spot in the house. |
